Complaints

We do everything we can to make our service the best in New Zealand. But if there is anything you think we could do better, please contact us, because we’re always looking to make improvements.

If you would like to make a complaint, you can do so by completing our contact form online. Alternatively you can call us on 0800 543 718 to make a complaint verbally. We have an internal complaints process and we aim to respond to all complaints within one business day. Following our response, the complaint will be assessed by a senior manager and you will be contacted to discuss how we can resolve it. 

Pronto Finance Limited is also a member of an independent dispute resolution scheme, operated by Financial Services Complaints Limited (‘FSCL’) which is approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to FSCL.
