When you apply for a loan with us, we use a range of data to assess your application. This is covered in both our privacy policy and terms and conditions. It’s a good idea to read through these before applying to ensure you’re comfortable with our process. We’re also available to answer any specific questions you may have, so feel free to give us a call on our freephone number.
If your loan is approved it is always a good idea to seek independent legal advice before signing a loan contract. Once a loan is approved by us, we send a digital loan contract for you to review before signing. You can take as long as you like to review this and have it checked by an independent party. It is set out in an easy to understand format, and we can explain anything in the contract that you’re not sure about.
It’s important to us for every customer to understand exactly what’s involved with their loan. So despite our fast approval speed, there is absolutely no rush for you to sign the loan contract once you’re approved.
