Our automated system allows us to process loan applications within minutes. But for fast loan approvals we need you to complete the online application form entirely. The fastest way is for you to submit your bank statements electronically at the time of application.
We can only confirm a loan is approved while our staff are in the office. This is between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). And for all individual applications completed outside of these times, we promise to process them within 9 minutes of opening the office the following business day.
The online application is pretty straight forward. You’ll know the answers to all of the questions about yourself. And if you’ve got your NZ Driver Licence or Passport handy it will be really easy. Our assessment is mostly automated, combining the data from your application, an assessment of your income and expenses through your bank statements, a credit check and identity verification.
When you’re applying for a loan with a joint borrower, we will need 9 minutes to assess each party. As we need to ensure each individual can afford to repay the loan on their own, we can’t combine the assessment into a single 9 minute slot. But if you submit all of the information required when you apply, we’ll be back to you in no time.
You can submit your bank statements with Credit Sense’s instant account verification. This is the easiest way for you to send them and allows us to assess it quickly and provide fast loan approvals. However if you’d prefer not to use this system you can always scan and email a copy of your bank statements to firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately with scanned statements we need a staff member to manually input the information. We can usually do this in less than 9 minutes, but if we’re flat out it may take a little bit longer. We promise to process it as fast as we can, whilst ensuring we make a responsible lending decision.
We’ll start the clock the second we get your bank statements and promise to process your individual application in 9 minutes. When you’re using a joint borrower, we’ll start the clock once we get both of your bank statements.
